That’s why they created an intentionally interactive centerpiece that you can gather around, talk about, and collectively mmm over.

MEET JENNIFER DESROSIERS
Entrepreneur, lifestyle + business coach, speaker, advocate, and restaurant owner, Jennifer’s personal mission is to create positive change by encouraging people to live vibrant, joyful, adventure-filled lives.
For Jen, life has been just that. An adventure. As a native Vermonter, she attended Vermont Technical College where she earned her degree in architectural engineering. And while she may have decided a career in the plastic injection molding industry wasn’t for her, it did lead her down some venturesome paths, including starting NH eatery LANEY & LU, experiential hospitality company ALTITUDE COMPANIES, artisan bakery GINGER FOX, and several live events including IMPACT speaker series.
When she’s not running the show at her companies, Jen enjoys luxurious car camping in her rooftop tent, mountain biking, slow sippin’ French press coffee!

MEET STEF HEITZ
Stef Heitz has always had a passion for two things: Food, and making things beautiful, so it’s no surprise she ended up choosing a career path that combined the two. After earning her degree in business from University of New Hampshire and taking on the GM role at her family’s restaurant, Stef serendipitously walked into LANEY & LU, and, as they say, the rest is history. What started out as a part-time summer gig became a beautifully arranged (pun intended) obsession. Stef lives to inspire, and most of all, loves witnessing the joy that PALETTE brings to others. When she’s not making magic happen at PALETTE, she’s finding it in sunrises, through playing with her nieces and nephews, and by working on her journaling practice, all while seeking beauty in life’s most unexpected moments.
